How does the payment cycle work, I'm not setup to handle credit card payments ?
All of this is handled by Plimus. They handle all the payments that are made by customers to purchase the software. The commission then builds up in your Plimus account. Plimus then pay you monthly
via Cheque or Electronic Bank Transfer. Don't worry if you don't live in the USA. They handle payments world wide.

Who supports the software after a sale is made ?
Spellasoft provide the technical support on the software. You as a reseller / affiliate have no role in this.
