Problems with your Unlock Code ?

If you are experiencing problems entering your unlock code and being told the code is invalid, then please read the following tips before contacting Technical Support.

Firstly, your unlock code is correct, it is automatically generated by our systems with no human intervention.

There are two text boxes you must fill in when trying to unlock your software. If you cannot see the option to License or Register your software under the Help Menu, then you have not downloaded the FULL version from the members area. Please refer to the email sent to you following your purchase and download / install the full version before proceeding. This email has all the important information you need to unlock your software.

- Your Members Area Login Name
- Your Members Area Password
- Your Registration Details and Unlock Code

The email has the subject of Your Jesterware Product Unlock Code, Members Area Login and Password Details.

Registered To:
The Registered To text box is the email address you purchased your software with and it is case sensitive. So if you email address appears as

Fred.Bloggs@Microsoft.COM

Then this is exactly how you must enter it, notice the case of the above example.
Ensure when you enter the email address, especially if you copy and paste it in, that any leading or trailing spaces are removed before pressing the Register button.

Unlock Code:
Your unlock code is ALL in UPPER Case and is in the format of XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX
Ensure when you enter the code, especially if you copy and paste it in, that any leading or trailing spaces are removed before pressing the Register button.

If you still have problems, then please contact support@spellasoft.com, if you can include a screenshot of your registration window, with your details in, just before you press the Register button, this will aid our support people to identify what the problem may be.
